Here is what happens to your personal details when you get in touch with us about a clean.
The information we collect
Through the quote form or a phone call we collect your name, your phone number and the property postcode, and, only if you offer them, an email address and notes about the work. We do not ask for anything else.
Why we use it
We use it to give you a quote, to book the clean and to keep in touch with you about that booking. The lawful basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and afterwards our legitimate interest in running the job.
Retention
Enquiry details that do not turn into a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for six years, which is the period we may need them for tax and for any dispute.
Sharing
Only the people booking your job and the cleaners who carry it out. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to marketing companies. A third-party company hosts the website, and form enquiries are sent securely to the system we use for bookings.

Your rights over your data
You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Ring 020 3129 2846 and ask, and we will action it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
